| Code | Reason | Remark |

| E0 | IDU & ODU communication failure. | Check wiring between indoor and outdoor unit. |
| E1 | IDU room temperature sensor failure. | Check IDU room temperature sensor and IDU PCB. |
| E2 | IDU coil temperature sensor failure. | Check IDU coil tempeature sensor and IDU PCB. |
| E3 | ODU coil temperature sensor failure. | Check ODU coil temperature sensor and ODU PCB. |
| E4 | AC cooling system abnormal. | Check for refrigerant leakage, 2-way or 3-way valve blockage, etc. |
| E5 | IDU/ODU mismatch failure. | IDU and ODU model number mismatch. |
| E6 | IDU PG fan motor / DC fan motor abnormality. | Check fan motor, fan blade and PCB. |
| E7 | ODU ambient temperature sensor failure. | Check ODU ambient temperature sensor and ODU PCB. |
| E8 | ODU discharge temperature sensor failure. | Check ODU discharge temperature sensor and ODU PCB. |
| E9 | IPM / Compressor driving control abnormal. | Check ODU PCB and compressor. |
| EA | ODU current test circuit failure. | Check ODU PCB. |
| Eb | Communication abnormal between IDU PCB and IDU display board. | Check display board and IDU PCB. |
| EE | ODU EEPROM failure. | Check ODU PCB or re-power AC unit. |
| EF | ODU DC fan motor failure. | Check ODU fan motor or ODU PCB. |
| EU | ODU voltage test circuit abnormal. | Check ODU PCB. |
| P0 | IPM module protection | Check ODU PCB. |
| P1 | Over / under voltage protection. | Check ODU PCB and power supply. |
