  • The connection between the display board and control board might be loose.
  • The indoor control board might have failed.
  • The wiring of the display board might be incorrect.

  • The outdoor coil temperature sensor might be loose.
  • The outdoor coil temperature sensor might have failed.

  • The compressor exhaust temperature sensor might be loose.
  • The compressor exhaust temperature sensor might have failed.
  • The outdoor control board might have failed.
5 x x IPM Module Protection
  • The IPM board might have failed.
  • The outdoor fan might be broken.
  • The outdoor fan motor might have failed.
  • The outdoor fan is being obstructed.
  • The condenser might be dirty.

6 x AC Voltage Higher or Lower Protection
  • The supply voltage is higher or lower than normal.

  • The EEPROM chip might be loose.
  • The EEPROM chip might be inserted improperly.
  • The EEPROM chip might have failed.
12 x Outdoor Ambient Temperature Too Low Protection
  • Outdoor ambient temperature too low for operation.
13 x x Compressor Exhaust Temperature Too High Protection
  • The compressor exhaust temperature sensor might have failed.
  • The unit has insufficient refrigerant.
14 x Check Outdoor Ambient Temperature Sensor
  • The outdoor ambient temperature sensor's connection might be loose.
  • The outdoor ambient temperature sensor might have failed.

21 Outdoor Coil Anti-Overload Protection With Cooling
  • There might be too much refrigerant.
  • The outdoor fan motor might have failed.
  • The outdoor fan might be broken.
  • The condensor might be dirty.
  • The air inlet and outlet of the indoor and outdoor unit is abnormal.
22 Compressor Pre-Heating Process
  • This is a normal operation mode in cold weather.
24 Check Outdoor Board Chip
  • The drive board might not be compatible with this unit.
  • The compressor might not be compatible with this unit.
25 Low Frequency Protection
  • When frequency of system is too low, the unit will start self protection, and when working condition comes back, the unit will work again. Usually, after about 3 to 5 mins, the unit will recover or you can power off unit at first, then restart the unit.
26 Protection Against Overheated Outdoor Radiator
  • Radiator sensors might have failed.
  • Detection circuit of the sensor on the control panel might have failed.
27 High Pressure System Protection
  • The pressure switch might have failed.
  • The pressure detection system on the control panel might have failed.
  • The measured value of the system pressure might have exceeded the limit.

  • The indoor ambient temperature sensor might be loose.
